Beta Resumes, operated under Succeeding X ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), provides professional resume writing, rewriting, and related career document services. Our services are designed to improve the presentation of a client's existing skills, experience, and qualifications on paper. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, contract awards, or any specific outcome resulting from the use of our services.

BY PURCHASING OR USING ANY SERVICE FROM BETA RESUMES, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Beta Resumes makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty that use of our services will result in employment, a job offer, a contract award, or any other professional outcome.
• Beta Resumes is not responsible for, and shall not be held liable for, any failure to obtain employment, failure to retain employment, loss of income, loss of contract opportunity, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
• Client satisfaction with the final written document does not guarantee job placement. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers and are outside the control of Beta Resumes.
• You agree that dissatisfaction with employment outcomes — including not receiving a job offer, not being selected for a contract, or losing a position after being hired — does not constitute grounds for a refund, dispute, chargeback, or legal action against Beta Resumes or Succeeding X.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beta Resumes' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You expressly waive any right to bring legal action, file a lawsuit, initiate arbitration, or pursue any legal or administrative claim against Beta Resumes, Succeeding X, or any of their owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates based on or arising from:

• Failure to obtain employment or a contract after using our services
• Failure to retain employment or a contract after using our services
• Dissatisfaction with employment outcomes unrelated to the quality of the written document itself
• Any employer's decision not to hire, interview, or retain you

This waiver is a material condition of your use of our services. If you do not agree to this waiver, do not purchase or use our services.

Our services frequently target aviation manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial contract roles. Clients pursuing these opportunities should be aware of the following industry-standard requirements and conditions:

Travel & Relocation

The majority of aviation manufacturing and industrial contract positions are located out of town and require travel for the full duration of the contract. Contracts may last weeks, months, or longer. By pursuing these roles, you acknowledge and accept that travel away from your home location is a standard and expected condition of contract employment in this industry. Beta Resumes is not responsible for any costs, hardships, or consequences associated with travel or relocation required by contract positions.

Physical, Mental & Emotional Requirements

Aviation manufacturing and industrial contract work is physically demanding and may also require sustained mental focus and emotional resilience. Our services are intended for individuals who are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of performing the work required by the roles they are pursuing. Beta Resumes does not assess your fitness for any particular role and is not responsible for any injury, illness, or other harm arising from contract employment.

Required Documentation

Most aviation and aerospace contract positions require candidates to present the following documentation prior to hire or onboarding:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) — required for the majority of aviation contracts
• Original Birth Certificate or Valid U.S. Passport (accepted in lieu of a birth certificate)
• Valid Government-Issued Driver's License (required for some contracts)

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you possess and can produce all required documentation. Beta Resumes is not responsible for your inability to meet documentation requirements.

Background Check Requirements

Aviation and aerospace employers routinely conduct criminal background checks. Most contracts require a clean criminal record within the past 7 to 10 years, depending on the specific contract and employer. A criminal record within the applicable lookback period may disqualify you from certain positions. Beta Resumes does not assess your background check eligibility and is not responsible for any disqualification resulting from a criminal record or background check result.

By purchasing our services, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide to Beta Resumes is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You are the rightful owner of the resume and work history information you submit
• You understand that misrepresentation of qualifications on a resume may have legal and professional consequences for which Beta Resumes bears no responsibility
• You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are not issued once work has been delivered, except at the sole discretion of Beta Resumes in cases of documented failure to deliver the agreed service. Dissatisfaction with employment outcomes does not qualify for a refund.

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final resume document created for you. Beta Resumes retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying excerpts of resume work as portfolio samples or for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of purchase.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not waived under Section 3 shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

When you use Beta Resumes, we may collect the following information:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number
• Professional Information: Work history, skills, certifications, and other resume content you submit
• Payment Information: Processed securely through third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment card details
• Usage Data: General website usage information collected through standard analytics tools

• Communicate with you about your order, revisions, and delivery
• Process payment for services rendered
• Improve our services and client experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal and professional information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
